Terms of Use
These terms explain how you may use Rare&Flair and the role we play in helping you discover products.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Who operates the service
Rare&Flair is operated by Neli Catar, a sole trader trading as Rare & Flair, of 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Contact privacy@rareandflair.com about these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Account registration does not constitute consent to optional analytics or marketing.
Fashion discovery and third-party purchases
Rare&Flair curates fashion moodboards and links to retailers. We do not sell the displayed products, take payment for them or act as the retailer. A purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. The retailer handles payment, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds and product complaints under its own terms and applicable law.
Check the retailer’s current price, size, availability, delivery costs and return conditions before buying. Listings may change or become outdated. Products, currencies, prices and affiliate links may vary by location, and we cannot guarantee availability in your country. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
Affiliate advertising
All product shopping links on Rare&Flair are affiliate links. We earn commission on qualifying purchases attributed to us under the relevant programme. This does not add a separate Rare&Flair fee to your checkout. Retailer prices and conditions apply.
Our shoppable affiliate content is advertising. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains the relationship.
Accounts and saved content
Use accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in provider and let us know if your account is compromised. Google sign-in is available; Apple may be offered later. You must not use another person’s account without authority.
Saved moodboards, saved products and recently viewed features are conveniences. Marking a moodboard as liked saves it. Products or moodboards may be changed or removed, so saved content is not permanent storage. We use seen-moodboard history to avoid repeats, including across visits for signed-in users, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
You can stop using the service and delete your account through your profile or by contacting privacy@rareandflair.com.
Younger users
Rare&Flair does not impose a general 18+ restriction on public browsing. Where applicable law requires a parent or guardian to authorise an agreement or particular processing of your information, that authorisation is required. Please involve a parent or guardian if you need help understanding the service, these terms or your privacy choices.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may browse and use the service for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with security, impersonate others, introduce malicious software, abuse the service or carry out unauthorised bulk extraction or republication of its content. This does not restrict uses that applicable law permits despite a contractual restriction.
Our original branding, editorial work, copy and platform design belong to us or our licensors. Product images, trademarks and other third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing them on Rare&Flair does not grant a licence to reproduce them commercially.
Service changes and account restrictions
We may make reasonable changes to improve the service, reflect changes in technology or law, address security issues, or respond to changes in retailer participation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where practicable, we will give reasonable advance notice of material changes or withdrawal of core account features. Urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner.
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach of these terms or a security risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us to challenge the decision or remedy the issue.
Our responsibility to you
Rare&Flair provides fashion discovery and referral links. We are not a party to your purchase contract with a retailer and do not guarantee a retailer’s products or performance. The retailer is responsible for its own product quality, checkout, delivery, returns, refunds and compliance with your purchase contract. Direct complaints about those matters to the retailer.
You decide whether to follow a link or make a purchase. Check the retailer’s current product details, price and terms before ordering. Providing a link does not make us responsible for a retailer’s independent acts or omissions. This does not exclude responsibility where a loss is caused by our own breach of these terms, negligence or other conduct for which the law makes us liable.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms and disputes
We may update these terms for the reasons described above. We will identify material changes and give reasonable notice before they take effect where practicable. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you do not wish to continue under revised terms, you may stop using the service and close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Consumers may bring proceedings in any court available to them under applicable jurisdiction rules. Contact us first if you would like us to try to resolve a complaint; this does not restrict your legal rights.
